Why our DYNOmite Dyno is the right choice!!!

Traction Grooves: Our DYNOmite’s traction grooving drastically improves power transfer (while reducing tire damaging heat build up). The special machined grooves are much more effective than simple friction coatings or typical diamond knurling. They provide twice the traction at a fraction of the strap down force!

Keep in mind, Traction is the only limiting factor on a roller type chassis dyno and this is why DYNOmite Dynamometers has put so much time into perfecting it.

Additional Data Acquisition Capabilities: With 28 channels of capability we currently have two pressure sensors and two thermocouples so we can monitor intercooler efficiency, turbo efficiency, pressure ratios, and much more.

Here is a graph of an Intercooler Efficiency Test we performed on an STR4. Along with monitoring the inlet and out temps, we also monitored inlet and outlet pressure and plotted them so you can see the pressure drop.
